Do I need my debit card to operate?
No. Just simply touch "TALK TO TELLER" to start your transaction with a live teller.
Am I talking to a live person?
Yes. There will be a live BOF teller on the screen, same as always. Same friendly faces!
Why are you changing the original drive-up?
We want to give our customers a quicker & more convenient experience than before.
The average transaction time for our new drive-thru sessions are around 2 minutes.
This is also creating additional job opportunities for our current staff and future employment opportunities, as well.
How do I operate the drive-up terminal?
Just touch "TALK TO TELLER" with your finger. Our live teller will prompt you through the entire session. We also have tutorial videos on this page & on Facebook.
Can I do my banking transactions including loan payments?
YES! We can do 95% of transactions in the new drive up.
Can I still operate the ATM?
YES. It also serves as an ATM 24/7 with a depository as well as a drive up lane for the live video teller during regular banking hours. Just insert your card instead of pressing "TALK TO TELLER" to initiate an ATM transaction.
When can I have access to a live teller?
Our video tellers are available during the drive-up hours listed here: Drive-Up Hours
Do I have daily withdrawal limits like I do on my Debit Card?
No. It's as if you were completing the transaction over the counter.
How quickly will my transaction show up?
Just like inside of the branch, the ITM is on real time, so you will see it right away (unless item(s) is subjected to a hold).
