Unlike digital printed coupons and paper coupons, which must be redeemed at the register and processed manually, the offer flows directly from website or mobile phone through the shopper card (or consumer account code) and directly to point-of-sale, eliminating clipping, carrying and processing altogether

Consumer signs up via website or receives a relevant offer via mobile, email, or in-store device
Step 2
Consumer selects coupons. Offers are instantly loaded to her retailer's loyalty card account (or personal account code for retailers without cards).
Step 3
When consumer buys the featured product, discounts are applied automatically at checkout. Additional personalized offers can be generated in real-time based on behavior and lifestyle attributes stored in YOU insights.
Step 4
Redemption data is sent to retailer clearinghouse for invoicing and payment.
